Rock Church celebrates a long history of ministry in Cecil County and yet it remains current and refreshing in our ever-changing world. We believe that the foundation that our ancestors have laid reminds us of the firm, "Rock"-solid foundation we have in Christ. Here at Rock, you will find a very nurturing and challenging worship service, incredible fellowship activities and meals, excellent youth ministry and children’s programs and education, and bible studies and groups for all ages. Please join us for worship and fellowship as we grow in faith together!

Worship is held in the sanctuary at 11 AM on Sunday mornings during the church season, and at 9 AM in the summer months. People come dressed in a wide range of clothing, from suits to jeans. We welcome everyone who would like to worship with us. The worship includes traditional hymns, more contemporary songs, choral music, a children’s time, greeting times, and a warm experience of God’s never ending love.

Sunday School is held at 10AM except during the summer months.

The youth at Rock Church meet for various events and occasions. See Bruce Tarbell to find out what the next event is. You might find us doing a service project, having fun at Hershey Park or the movies, getting a little crazy on a Mardi Gras night, or doing the 30 Hour Famine with youth from all over town!

Many couples desire to get married in the beauty of Rock Church’s buildings. We stand firm in the fact that we are a Christian Church that believes that marriage is a holy and sacred event; a union made perfect by God. Baptism is one of two Protestant sacraments and for Christians, it is a recognition and acceptance of God’s saving grace. Rock Presbyterian church only baptizes people who are active in the church and their children and relatives. For more information, please call the church office.
